In the rare case that you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unused products once delivered, unless the item is damaged or defective.

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or contains a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a return or exchange. However, this must be reported with necessary proof (unboxing photos, videos, etc.) within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, a refund or exchange can be processed after verification within 4-7 business days.

Once your refund request is accepted, processing may take up to 5-6 business days. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed to the provided bank account within 5-6 working days.
